What's the plan for the next run? Looking to book some days off to test out some of my recent upgrades.

Yeah. I definitely prefer Saturdays but would be up to it if it's when we get the best turn out...

Most the snow should be gone by then so I'll bring my stock jeep..

Hummer's down with a broken exhaust manifold - should be fixed by Tuesday. Today the Iltis left me stranded.....

Everything breaks. Seemingly all the time.

Evap vent solenoid

Ball joints, lowers

Windshield

Wipers

Universals

Air filter

Plugs

Hub bearing

Brakes, all new rotors and pads

Oil changed 2 times in between

New radiator, leaking badly needed new

Belt tensioner and belt

Ottp header to replace cracked manifold

Studs for flange

K&n 77 series, not needed but wanted

4 New bilstein 5100 waiting to be installed next week when I am off

All but theres, and evap solinoid, nand lower ball joint I did myself.. It has saved me thousands doing all the work myself... dealer charged me 400 bucks just to install the ball joints I took in I had bought for 50 bucks!!! That was the match that lit the fire under m rear to do it myself..

Congrats!!

I have had 2 H3's and most recent a 08 H2 but am Hummerless now and will be saving for an H1 I hope.... There are a few members I believe in New Brunswick. If you ever want to arrange something... Contact Derek Wax and he can also send out a post to just the NB members for a meet and greet...

Also watch those Bilsteins.... I had them and they seized so I switched to Rancho's.....

I like doing the work myself - but when I'm too busy I have a guy I trust to do it for me.  It's nice to have both options available.

Anyway, hello from Alberta!!

Can you make it to the Moab event in September?  it's EPIC!

I've added some 'pre-days' in New Mexico and Durango to make it even more 'worth the trip' for those that travel a long ways to attend.

BTW, folks come from Holland, Australia, New York.... all over the place.

It really is an amazing event.

I am ok for a Sunday run if that is what works

I need to get out, haha

I'd like to go to Moab one year, it is on my list... but mostly it is a time issue for me.This year I've already booked my summer vacation, and planning on going to Australia next winter.

A Sunday run works, I'll book a few days down and come for a long weekend run. Need to have some fun since I just did all the maintenance on this pig, new bumper, new lights, & new EBC brakes all around too.

Probably wont be making any long road trips to go wheeling. Wish I could but work schedule is horrible and the h3 is our only wheels.

Thanks for the heads up on the bilsteins, hopefully I have better luck. The roads here are really bad, so I checked out a lot of threads and landed on them. I read one where the Rancho was leaking in the package or something before install and adjustment didn't make any difference after a little time. Hard choice. I even contemplated the procomp mx6 but couldn't find much on them. Really wanted Fox but too expensive right now. How did it seize, inside the tube?

Sorry to be off topic....
