Yes, I've been following it. There's a video of the incident out..... The whole thing is just tragic.

The Humvee C has nothing to do with GM. It's AM General. Basically an H1 kit truck right from the manufacturer.



BTW, the Iltis has a crap heater and huge air leaks everywhere!

The guy with the bloodied had was the Hummer driver, he was shot several times, including his hand.

ya I watched the video earlier ...I was reading the driver was 'known" to police ...Over a speeding ticket , just sad .

oh ya , I have a some buddies that say they are coming down with me also ....so i should be coming down with 3 jeep Tj's (jesse is one) , 2 Fj cruisers (scott is one) , 1 land cruiser and my rig ...but we'll see who shows up sat. morning lol ...my rig goes in for complete fluid change and a quick once over on friday ....should be a good turn out

we gotta make sure we do some stress free playing in the snow, a nice casual social run will be awesome!!.. i do't think my back would take steering you out again with my feet!

still can't believe that tow truck driver as we passed him on the highway...



man... a few brews with some fire roasted smokies and a wide variety of assorted hot sauces.... still gotta do that in Utah!!

My alternator died finally last night (after stopping working temporarily on the last run I went on)

She is fixed now, but ill have to see how funds are tomorrow!

So we'll meet at 9:00 and drive away at 9:30. It's been years since I went in the 'easy way' but I think we'd be better to air down closer to the trail than the gravel pit. We can figure this out on Sat. Morn.
