[/quote] I know the 9000xl's are compatible with the "MyRide" wireless kit as well, but I didn't really want to get into installing an air compressor and running lines to each shock. Just seems like more things to go wrong.

Lots and lots of threads like this out there: people running into issues with the system bleeding off air.

There are the XL's up close, just a dial for now.

Wow i never knew about that many issues . I read awhile back that if you do a lot of Off Roading you need to secure and locate the air lines good . Never knew about this many issues . You would think Rancho with their R@D would fine tuned it a lot better . Yup stick with the Manual dial .

It is a really cool idea, but I literally found forum after forum of people running into problems.

From what I have been reading, most guys pick a "sleep number" and leave it there; most of the Toyota and Jeep guys have been setting them up around the #3 position while the Dodge guys run them at closer to #6.

My truck is somewhere in the middle for weight, so I will probably start them off with #4 (as I use the truck more for off-road than on these days) and see how that goes. I may adjust them up or down for runs as well if it isn't too much of a PITA, also if I do road trips or get materials for my house I may run them a lot higher.
