Well, I know I can talk for myself and say I had an absolute blast yesterday!

It was nice with all the water holes everywhere as it washed most of the mud off.... I'll be washing the Hummer later today so hopefully won't take as much!

B-Man - count me in for that snorkle conversion you are working on - I'll be all over that as getting some water in the inatake again makes me realize that I have to tackle that problem. The Airraid intake may improve air flow - but also makes the intake more vulnerable... I know I didn't do any damage, but would be nice to make those waves again without any worry.... especially when plowing into the water hole as that's when I got a bit of a studder...

So aside from scatching both sides of the Hummer - I'm like how the H2 performs off road. Not as bulky as I thought it was going to be.. Can't wait for the tires! Gotta stop spending money on the basement!

Looking forward to seeing those videos!

Give em a rough idea of the cost and then double the parts.

I just put the air filter back on after cleaning it out and water definitely got past the cleaner so not too happy about that, but it came with the airaid already installed so now I just have to undo what the previous guy did.

I was even measuring, and the intake pipe can only be about 3.5 inches in width and about 5 inches high so more rectangular as I can only move the windshield washer resevoir an than an inch and a half without having to do some serious modifications of the aluminum lines on the right of the resevoir. I think I will have to spend some more time staring and planning out what I can adjust as I would like a 5 inch round minium intake pipe.

Of course the easy answer to my dilema is.... do I really need to make a 30 foot wave when I drive into a puddle of water...... And the answer is simply..."NO". . . . BUT.... do I want to.... "YES!!!!!"

I also had to change 5 marker light bulbs as they got wet, and I have to take apart the drivers side driving light and cleanout the water.... But was all worth it! Light bulbs are cheap!

Looks like you guys have fun (especially Dave from the video!)

So... was that a tug-a-war in the other video or was one of you two actually stuck... I couldn't tell, lol.

That was a tug of war.... Bloody hilarious as I didn;t have the grip to pull Jared and he didn't have the power to pull me out of the holes I dug!

We'll call it a draw..

That video of me through the water was a tame one... there's better....
