I'll be coming from the Hamilton area and meeting some members at the Tim's at the Appleby exit off QEW at 3:30pm If anyone is interested.

I just checked on google maps. It says it will take approx 36 minutes to get to the Mandarin. Should maybe we meet there closer to 3pm to allow for traffic and getting there a little early like Derek would like?
