Ok folks its a little more than 6 months till the jolly man in red visits the kids and robs our wallets yet again. If you would like to repeat last year's event lets open the discussion so everyone who can has a chance to attend. So where when and so on post to site  re Xmas 09 or email . When possible Nov  7-8 , 14-15, 21-22, 28-29,  Dec 5-6, 12-13, 19- 20 Time about 4pm-6pm.

Where ok lets try and keep it simple some where near mid point between Toronto and Montreal ie Windsor or Quebec City are out, Vancouver BC is way out.

If possible on major Highway. Last year it was Kingston

and at least type of Restaurant if not a Name. Last year was East Side Mario's

Hi, Kingston it OK. I can at any day mentioned above, except Nov 14-15.

Last time I was in Kingston we eat at nice and big new buffet like a restaurant.

Great place, great fresh food and looks nice place to meet big group of people.

It locate at Lablaws Plasa NW corner back wall of  Canadian Tire Store at crossing road Princess Rd and Sir McDonald Rd.

Somehow feel like I`m Pulling teeth here so far only one date nixed. and One restaurant suggested and haven`t a name yet. Glad I decided to throw the ball out this early.

we need someone to take charge of this...let's get the location nailed down and a firm date.. I know it is a bit early but let's get that locked in then we can start to get some guys signed in. I will do my best to be there...



the sooner we have all the years activities planned, the easier it is for everyone to plan their times out and their family lives..



Kingston is Great.. it is in between Montreal and Toronto, sorry for our members out west.. maybe they can have a local one planned in Alberta and one in BC.



Nov 7 or 8 also works and the East side Mario's right off the 401, on divison street, is easy to get to and there are lots of gas stations close  <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />



lets get this date firmed up, get it marked in the schedule and start to have the guys make the plans with their wives..but we need a leader on this...
