Anyone tint their front window?? does anyone know the laws on this??? or if there are any??

hummerht remove is tint window cause it was too dark and the cops told him that he couldnt see if he was talking on the phone. So in ontario you should check with  the cops to be sure.

Derek,



Ontario definitely has a law on tinting the front window.  I can't remember the percentage of allowable tint, but if you check with a reputable tinting company, they will know or check with MTO.  I will try to ask my buddy who is with the OPP but I believe they just ticket for window tinting and it is up to the owner to prove that it is within the recommended percentage.

I,ve had my front windows tinted on the H2 for about a year now. No problem so far. They are tinted a little lighter than the rear windows. I like the look better than stock.

Hey Derek. I didn,t tint the windshield at all.Don,t even know if it would be legal. You could probable tint a 4" strip along the top though.
