I have installed the AIRAID Intake System and throtle body spacer on my 2004 H2 and have noticed a decent improvement in power and performance, and if you drive conservatively with these ad-ons you will notice an improvement in mpg. I have gone from approximately 21L/100km to about 18.4L/100km. My best, strictly highway, run was about 16.88L/100km. Not too bad for simple bolt on performance.

I have recently also added a Magnaflow performace exhaust system from the catalytic converter back, makes a big difference. Opens everything up and helps the hummer breath alot better, and sounds very nice too.

It did not make it unreasonably loud, I would say it is at a nice medium sound range where you will be noticed with a nice low growl tone, but not too loud as to piss poeple off. I am quite happy with this add on, and the truck seems more responsive when you want to gooooooooo!
