Off-roading questions

After wheeling with the local Jeep club for my first time this past weekend, I have a few questions before I head out again and try some tougher stuff. I know you guys will be able to give me some good answers.
1. Airing down - I have 37x12.5X17 ProComp tires on the stock chrome rims. I aired down to 20lbs this past weekend and they worked well for what I was doing. How low should I go? Should I always air down off-roading (sand, mud, trails)? What do you guys do for airing back up?
2. Sway Bars - Lots of the Jeep guys disconnected theirs; Should they be disconnected in an H2 for trail riding? Any risks/concerns?
3. Lockers / TC2 - When do you use or not use the rear locking diff and TC2? I read a bit about using Brake Throttle Modulation and how it disables TC2. What works best for getting up rocky slopes, through mud, sand, etc.
I'm looking forward to attending some Hummer Club events so that I can learn first hand and see what they can really do.
