two front diffs, two transfer cases , one right front cv shaft yes yes yes one big bill for waranty 

In reality an extended warranty is like health insurance you pay for it and hope you don't need it . Just make sure its with a strong company its coverage and who does the repairs.

for my H2 I would say Yes.. it has already paid for itself and now that you do not have to go to a dealership to get the work done, it is even better..I have take mine to a couple of GM trained Hummer guys who can do warranty work on GMPP extended warranties from GM..this makes my life easy and no need to wait at a dealership..let me know if you need more info but I am happy with my extended warranty..
