WTB Nav Disc for my 2004 H2 Lux

I recently replaced my 6 disc with an OEM Nav unit taken from an 05 H2. It did not come with a disc. I need a disc part # 25956245. Can anyone help out?

It's actually for my father-in-law so I'll let him know it is available and what you want for it...he actually really wanted to replace his Nav, but no one seem to have an OEM used one....

Does anyone know if a 2007 Hummer H2 Navigation unit is compatible with a 2004 Hummer H2. I want to swap out the 2004 unit (broken LCD) with the 2007 unit without too much difficulty???
