Florida Vacation

Okay guys and gals...just putting this out there to see if anyone is interested. I have four weeks at a timeshare, which is a golden crown resort in Florida called The Resort in Cocoa Beach, to rent out (the timeshare runs from Sat. to Sat and I have weeks running from Feb. 26 - March 20 ...I think those are the dates away). My dad's health is not letting him travel this year and he asked me to try and sell off his weeks for him. The resort is absolutely beautiful and VERY family friendly. The unit is a two bedroom fully furnished and fully stocked condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a private balcony. You can have a look for yourself at www.theresortoncocoabeach.com. Way too many great things to list. Better yet, I have weeks available during the Daytona 500 and the Daytona Bike Week.
The resort rents out the rooms during this high peak period for $270/night or $1600 week US. I could let these weeks go for way less than that.
