I believe this is one of the units the military is getting to replace the aging Hummvee fleet. I know it is on and International chassis and they are very tough and VERY fast. I think they can carry 6 guys in the back with full gear and they have a few different configurations.

Take a look at the convoy in GI JOE Movie H2T`s lead and trailer then Panther Rhino Panther centre look a lot like your pictured truck.

Ok try this here's 19 non Hummer and one humvee anyone save the Moving van would be a fun drive.
