For those of you brave souls ready to try some extreme runs...make sure you are there for the thursday and the friday.



On the thursday we will be running an extreme trail only done by myself but not by any present members.



On friday we will be running the Stairs backwards...so yes that means that we will be going up!! And we will be taking Every and ALL tangents that have also been previously avoided!



These 2 days are not for the faint of heart...so sign up now and get ready for Major excitement!!

Thursday is for sure a no go.. have to work..Friday is a tough one....need to talk that over with Julie and Anthony as they will be with me.. and it will be rushed...



I believe Norm will be there!!
