A question to all of the H2 guys (or anyone else that can help) My heated seats have failed. All other power functions and memory functions of the seats work. I read online that sometimes there is a logic backup in the seat module. This apparently can be resolved by unhooking batter power for about 12 hrs. I did this and had no result which leads me to believe that I have to replace the seat module. Question is does anyone know what the part # / approx price is and how hard is it to replace (I'm assuming just unplug the old and plug in the new)

Drivers or passengers? front or back?

Both front seats <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ngHead.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':banghead:' /> when I press the heat button on either side the light momentarily flashes and I can hear an elictrical "tick" (single tick not sustained ticking)

then the light goes out I assume??

you got it. basically when I press the button the light goes on for abut 1-2 seconds and there is a single tick. the switch will continually do this no matter how long the button is held or how many times it is pressed

if it turns out to be the mod,i got a used one from gm pickup #15226273 014bd dont know if they are the same or if it is 100% but the price is right
