Need Tire/lift Advice

Hey All...
I am considering 37x12.50R18 Dynapro MT, for my '05 SUT.
The price is right ($240 with BFG AT trade-in) and I found some great reviews here:
Dynapro Review
I will be installing the Readylift Torsion Keys:
Torsion Keys
(Khamul - call Innovative Autoworx in Calgary @ 403.242.2767 - they have stock)
4 questions I have... <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ey-013.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wtf:' />
1. I will be buying new rims. What is the offset I will require?
2. Will a 37" on an 18" rim fit well, with a 2 - 2.5" lift?
3. Will the rear Air Bags inflate high enough to balance out with the lifted front?
4. Any rear lift ideas for the Air Ride suspension?
Thanks for any help you can offer! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />
