Had my Rad changed out in my H2.. I was having a ton of cooling problems and my truck was overheating when AC was on, with the New Rad in, it is like an ice box in there... awesome for these last few days with 40+ weather here in Toronto..

yes.. actually even before, there was apparently a small crack in the side if the rad!

I have an 04 H2 and just put in a 186 degree thermostat, my temp. is just under 210. I even changed to electric fans and added a Tru cool transmission cooler bypassing the radiator. What is your temp. reading after your radiator change. Transmission never goes over 125
