That sucks to hear, I hate when salesmen do stuff like that just to make the sale and then don't back it up later.

I emailed usedcars and sales at Roy Foss Motors... I would have CC'd you but don't have your email addy. PM it and your phone number to me if you like just in case the Dealership writes back and wants that info.

I am an Internet Marketer. I have a VERY large following online across Canada and the US. I was just informed of the following…



My friend Don from Vaghaun, ON bought a used H3 from you (as in your Dealership). You made a deal with him that the chips and scratches would be taken care of before he drove away with it. You phoned him to tell him all was taken care of but after he had it for a few days and got rained on, all the chips and scratches were noticeable again. You then informed him you just buffed them and you could do nothing else for him since is was a used car.







What??? You basically lied to him for a sale and now he has to pay another company to get the fix done!







Nice work people. If I were you, I would contact Don and offer to pay that bill ($4-500). Don will let me know if he receives that call. If not, I will be sure to start informing other people of this situation.

Excellent news, Rob!!! Can't wait to meet you at a National CHC Event one day! Make sure to let them know I'm NOT going to start a smear campaign against them now!

Good to let them know at Roy Foss about CHC, they have ignored previous attempts for contact and sponsorship at events, to see them step up and assist a member now after Karl's email looks like a step in the right direction, we have over 200 members in the GTA alone, this is a big impact and that is only Hummers, Roy Foss does other cars too..anyways it is sad when Dealer take advantage of people and I hope this whole thing was just a mistake..good luck Don and make sure they know that the CHC is watching and we all TALK to one another, Hummer owners look after Hummer owners!
