Did You Recieve....

We just recieved a nice square invitation style envelope charcoal in color with the HUMMER logo embosed on it on openning the card reads Owning a HUMMER is a bold statement . The fan folded card then states buying a GMC truck is a bold statement and starts a sales pitch. To GM why would we buy another lesser GM vehicle after the treatment Hummer owners have been given.

Got that same invitation in french yesterday afternoon,, for sure not planing to change for anything GM vehicle.

We got one ourselves. Never understood why you would down-grade. On a side note did any H3 owners get a recall for the hood grill? So because there's an issue I need to use my own free time to go to the dealership to have them fix this. Just mail me the damn parts and I'll do the fix myself!

On recall Yes we got two. Gm's solution is to remove the grill slap on a gob of adhesive and jam the grill back on ! Some one should permantently seal GM's head offices shut and keep the insanity from escaping.

I received one of those, took me 6 months to comply to it, and thats exactly what they did, Put 3 stripes of primer across the hood on paint, than glue and the put back the loover on top. I ask about the retaining of water under the loover since the glue was straight across n 3 different stipes. They answered me, there is no problem with water retension, and if there is any, the service note garanties you repair if it cause rust or other problem. I guess we will have to see about that one wont we?

It seems that it was a mailing to "new" buyers of Hummers. We recieved similar mailings with our Jimmy. Just seems tastless after GM axed the HUMMER line.

Maybe it was for the H3 owners only?? Any H2 owners get this one?? I also maybe didn't get one as my trucks were bought used, the H2 came from the US and well my H1 is older then the dinosaurs but still sexy <img src='
