I reciently converted my H2 to a FULL LED, and seeing my onboard computer notices a drop in voltage the system thinks theres a burnt out bulb and my left and right flashers blink fast. HOW DO I SOLVE THIS ISSUE TO BLINK NORMAL??? (Please reply in a detailed step by step procedure) THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL HELP AND ADVISE GIVIN. I remember reading about similiar problems, and needing to wire in a flasher. How you would go about that, specifically, Im not sure, but Im sure someone can chime in.

Without knowing exactly what kit you installed it's honestly just not possible to give step by step instructions... but to hopefully point you in the right direction, you can get error cancelers to correct the voltage and thus eliminate the bulb out error. I highly doubt this will work for your specific problem, but THIS is the kind of the thing you're looking for and you'd need one for your specific lights I imagine. The box just plugs into the existing harness (for this company's HID lights, anyway) and is just a plug and play error canceler.



If the vendor who sold you the lights originally doesn't sell the error cancelers for their lights... your guess is as good as mine!

Oh no sorry its NOT the HID headlights that are causing the problem, I got a Full body LED kit, and converted my stock tailights to a LED tailight set up, and also the front end park / signal light is LED. So now that im consuming less power the computer thinks i have a burnt out flasher bulb and my signal lights blinks faster (witch i dont) its just I have no bulbs at all, its all LED lights now.

Did you replace the flasher unit with an electronic flasher?? Flashers need current draw to warm up the bi metal strip to do the flashing.

Its a place to start and cheap.

You can use an electronic flasher like the one posted above or add a load like the one found in the following link.

The problem is that the LEDs take much less current then the regular bulbs and the original flasher expects a higher load to be there, thus it flashes faster. The load addition makes pulls more current as it has a higher resistance.

I upgraded just the front indicators to LED and the hazards were blinking normally but the indicators were blinking fast.

I bought a resistor off eBay and will keep u posted if it solves the indicators blinking fast.


I'm ordering the rear LED stop lights from Derek for about $220 for the pair (resistor included)...hopefully it'll be simple plug and play seeing as how it's a genuine OEM part.
