Can anyone give me any pointers before I start tearing into the job of putting my 3" bodylift on my 1995 gasser? Has anyone done one before? Thanks ahead of time people <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

From what I've been told, anything over 2" you have to watch the steering column slide, dual tank have to watch out for the crossover valve(diesels

),the cutout for the column may exceed the rubber covering.Air lift hooks would be welded on a angle and not straight

I'm sure there is more to learn.

you must undo your gas tank straps and put spacers between the tank and body

you will need longer tank straps as well

is this a homemade kit

you will have to notch out where the steering column goes threw

watch your filler neck as well anything over 2 inch you may run into problems
