okay now that fuel is again on the rise, 30% in the last week in Ontario...I figured I would start a thread where you guys could post Cheaper Fuel prices and locations so guys can maybe be able to take advantage of this....please post you province, city and gas station location, address would be cool too if possible, and the price of fuel when you last went by, Gas and Diesel....

For example I saw....

Brampton, Ontario

Pioneer Gas station on Queen Street, west of Bramalea road on south side

Diesel was $1.24/L

Gas was $1.34/L for regular

Everywhere else I saw Diesel for $1.29/L in Brampton that I drove by but gas was all about the same at $1.34/L

Share the good spots if you can find them...and if you find BioDiesel, let us know too.....

help your fellow drivers out...

Not sure where I would store that much fuel....but I am in for maybe 300L..enough to fill trucks and then another 200L in jerry cans..I assume this is diesel you are referring to??but I could use either..

Why so cheap by the way?

where is that at 1.95$?

Here around montreal its 1.34 to 1.39 at Petro Can,, Ive seen in some Shell station 1.42 to 1.45$

So for an H3 empty tank, its betewwn 110$ to 125$ to fill up. Im not sure if the H2 or H1 have the same size of thank but i'm sure that they dont have any smaller than 80-85L. In the Pontiac area Ive seen as high as 1.85$/L.

pics are just warning symptoms ,lol, from internet, but those prices are not too far, i refer to diesel, i got a friend - truck owner -operator and they can get really good deals on diesel fuel, so he offered me some savings, also , you may use 55 gal barrels, which are 15 dollars each on kijiji

55 gal is about 220 litre which lasts for 1.5 fill for H1...400 gallons is enormous <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... oflmao.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rotflmao:' /> , if i get some more people Derek i will let you know, my issue is the fact that the Fuel truck with 2tonn may not have much time to gaz up every truck...he wants to dump the fuel and go... with our poor jerry can homestyle conditions we may be out of market for them due to lack of margine and time cost inneficiency...its a bit different level of purchase and i ve been told i need some solid containers to be able to handle the deal, containers are cheap, question - why i need so much diesel for myself??? last thing i need is a hassle ....

That sounds like an awesome deal if you guys can make it work. If I lived there I would be a part of that to and coordinate a group purchase each weekend as if you think about it - 10 trucks give or take filling the tank and a few jerry cans would amount to that!

Another option is to look into a "Mobile" Tanker. Farms get "Blue" fuel at a discount and each farm would have a large tank on the property for filling the machinery. If this is a permanent thing you're looking at, - getting one and then mounting it on a trailer shouldn't be too bad!

Good luck with that.

Calgary averages $1.19 - 1.22 per litre. at Esso on the corner of Nose Hill & Silver Spring Blvd in the NW (South of crowfoot centre) is at 1.165.

Here is probably a completely stupid question and probably out of desperation... lol. Many moons ago (Leave that one alone) I knew guys that would mix in a litre or 2 of aviation fuel into their tanks as it dramatically increased octane. They did it for more power and alot of dirt bikers do that, but the side effect was a good increase in mileage. I've never had the cajones to try that as I love my vehicles too much. Aside from the danger of the fuel and the restrictions in transportation with the containers...if it works....

It's been awhile but 1-2 litres in the tank would boost octane into the high 90's... As long as you don't blow off your intake manifold. But I never knew anyone that had an issue with doing it and I would get my @ss kicked in a race.......
