GUYS IS IT NORMAL TO HAVE 58-60 MI/HR(85-95KMS) SPEED ON DASHBOARD AND I EXPIRIENCE SOME SORT OF CHOKING PULSATIONS/VIBRATIONS AND STRONG BRUSH GUARD SHAKINESS?
HOWEVER THE STEERING WHEEL REMAINS CALM - NO SHAKING AS I COULD BE DURING BAD BALANCING...IF I AM AT 68-75MI/HR PROBLEM IS GONE...
I GOT TO VERSIONS...
1.H1 DOESNT LIKE LOW RPMS ON HIGHWAY OR 60 MI/HR SPEED AND IT STRUGGLES DUE TO LACK OF POWER CONGESTING SHAKES AND VIBRATIONS
2. I GOT SOME SUSPENSION PROBLEMS GOING ON...
BUT I HAVE THE DILEMMA...-PHIL JUST SPENT TIME ON BALANCING /ROTATING/ALIGMENT /BALL JOINS TUNE UP AND REPAIR AND I AM SO MUCH CONFUSED...I WANT TO SAVE GAS ON RPMS..BUT TRUCK DRIVES TERRIBLE....UNLESS I INCREASE THE SPEED...HELP

H vibes are very common at the speeds you are talking about. It's almost always a tire or suspension issue. The big 37" plus tires are difficult to balance. The best tool for this job is the Hunter GSP9700, often found at big truck shops. You may think your tires are balanced OK but the GSP9700 may find otherwise. Google Hunter and their website will tell you where the nearest machine is located.
What tires are you running?
I agree that normally with wheel shimmy you will feel it at the steering wheel which makes me think you have a supension issue. How old and how many km on your truck?

I have the exact same problem with my 95. All the front suspension parts are newish and the tires have only around 5000km on them (37's). But I have noticed that where my axles bolt onto my brake disc's and start into the diff are lose. I think the axle shaft bearings in the diff have worn. I'd be interested to here if you have the same problem? I just pushed up and down on the front disc's and they moved about 1/8 inch either way, I tried the same on the back but with no problem.
Also when I drive over a big bump I can feel a rattle in the fuel pedal and or brake but not in the wheel.
Cheers

My truck vibrates at around 95-100 km/h but cruises beautifully at around 107 km/h. I find I actually get best gas mileage at this speed. Vibration aside, this speed seems best for me because it is the lowest speed I am able to do without cause me to slow down when going up a hill on the highway, and this to me would mean that it is easier on the engine and fuel in the long run.
Now back to vibration, I have read that adding two golf balls to the inside of each wheel helps vibration at higher speeds, but I haven't had the balls to try it!

I heard that golf balls are ok but this site is what you really need,

I'm going the cheap way and buying the air soft pelets from Canadian Tire, I've done this for my other 4x4 and it worked great. Just break the bead add the proper amount of weight(almost 2500 beads per tire or 10 oz per tire for 37's), air it back up and your good to go.

do these beads effect the CTIS at all?

i just too worried that the unnesessary vibration may harm the truck... i am assumin the vibration is coming from loose brake disks/half shafts... it had to tight em up once already and it seems to be the common decease. and there is a fix (kit ) for that too ...so much confused... the other thing is posible is the fact i did alighment after balancing and it may potentially requires new balancinfg... or?

No they wouldn't have any effect on the CTIS but if your running the big run flats then these might not work as well. Also the inside of the tires have to be clean from any grease or lubes as not to allow the beads to stick to one area.

Derek what you mean - keep on truckin? i have coffe spils all over my cup holder and i am confused as its so much annoying ,especially when gas pricess are high and you prefer to cruse on 2 000 rpms but the truck runs so rough on the road that you feel that it has tremendous wear due to exessive vibrations ,i feel truck will loose a tire or somth s gonna come off due to this matter! "my trucking " is good only in school zones and parking lots due to this matter..... i am considering to avoid montreal trip due to this matter ... i dont enjoy highway driving at all...its so froustrating.....
