Hi, does anyone know if you have to pay the Green Levy Tax if you import a 2008 H2 from the States to Canada ?

i think every vehicle made after 2006 or 2007 has to have Gaz gigler tax - Green Levy Tax- you can get away by buying older SUV only... I was lucky - i imported 2003 H1
