Silver or Grey H1 wagon, who is this?

Right around midnight to 1 am on Sunday morning we were following a 01-04 silver wagon with black wheel well covers on the 403 past square one... not sure who's this is, we were in our H2 heading to North Carolina....any idea who's?? I do not know this truck.. and it was too dark to see the driver...the license plate was a newer release from MTO..
