There is a virus loose in the e mail system it waylays the address book of the reciever and sends all in the book a copy of itself. Kevin has been infected but is now cleared using Spybot. Kevin and myself send a double email for any website addresses or other downloadables. That is an email telling of the downloadable and then an email with it. this avoids most Bot programs. If you recieve an email from us without DO NOT OPEN it without asking us first. Ron

Best way to keep from infection,,



1.keep your OS up to date with all important update, as well as your antivirus solution with the latest virus definitions.



2.Do daily quick scan, and full scan at least one or twice a month.



3.Have your antivirus scann all incoming and out going mail and attachments.



4. most Internet secururity suites have a web page scanning, notifying user if page is safe or not, use it.



5. Most antivirus have daily updates, so keep AV on auto update.



With these basic procedures you should stay clear of infections.

Spybot S&D, CCleaner, Ad-aware, Defragler, and Hack Cleaner. old and new tools that have made their way to the top.

add to this list mircosoft security essentials another free be and its stays on stopping infection. Please note it was Kevin's that got it and it was infected and acted almost at the same time so better to be proactive.
