Brake Mods that Every H2 needs!

Post by whitehumh2 »

So many of you think I have been pretty quiet lately, no mods, no offroad, no fun! Well I had the misfortune of blowing a rear brake line last time I was on my property and then the saga began.

If you run a lot of mud like I do, no matter how well you clean, mud seems to hide in all sorts of places. Little did I know that it rusted out my brake lines to the point of failure! So instead of just replacing them with the same crap that was already there, I bought and entire set of preformed stainless steel brake lines from Classic Tube. It is a 10 piece set that fits in amazingly well and eliminates the hassle of ever having a line rust out again!

Also I replaced the rubber hoses with a set of Stop Tech Braided Stainless Steel Lines and I must say that my brakes are absolutely amazing now!

I will post some pics...but after Nov. 12th...I don't want to give away any secrets of other mods that I have done!

And Yes, It is a VERY Long Job to replace all the brake lines!!!
