You thought the Peoples republic of China were the only ones to copy a legend ! Nope , now DA French are into it . I have to say it looks Pretty sweet IMO In the prototype faze..

WOW yet there is no market for them?? and they will make a civilian model...and they compare to a H1
It will be a civilian model as well...same price range as an H1 as well....

not much of a market in Europe, remember the majority of the roads would struggle with a H1 because of its size and if it weighs in a 5 ton you have to do another driving test. the standard "car" licence is only valid up to 3 tons then a whole new class is required. in addition to that the road tax (thats the sticker to north americans) would be stupid, we pay by engine cc's; the cost to Tax a hummer (H1, H2 or H3) for ONE year is 1566euros - thats about $2200 CAD. Also because it is french, the yanks (I'm not being funny, thats a fact) wont buy it and that would be the biggest market by far!
it looks like a great truck and if its in the Dakar rally then it has to be, but it has all of the above to overcome first.

And only a 4 cylinder motor,140-150kmph top end , If only Hummer would have done that.
