I am still trying to figure out on how to use this forum. I tried to post some pics but only few were uploaded and most showed "error in uploading". I will try again after this busy holiday season so i can share it with you guys. By the way, Yesterday morning the weather was very mild (+4 degrees) so I had a chance to check my H1 in my UNHEATED garage( parked since 3rd week of O October). I noticed that my engine coolant was about 2-3inches below the cold fill line level in the surge tank. I remember i had it checked around September it was almost at the cold fill line.. Is this a normal drop since past weather temp was (-10 to -15) and i never fired the truck since i parked it..There is no sign of leak, no smell of coolant, and no warning of low coolant level in my instrument panel. Should I fill this up to the line? If so, does anyone knows which brand is an OEM or approved by the AM General? I found a brand in the internet which is the same brand used by BMW. Any ideas? Also, I am loosing about 1 psi per day especially when temp drops to minus 10 or below. I understand this can be normal but its very annoying so I decided to just to lift the truck with an axle stand to prevent flat spot/rubber damage.... Fixing this wheel air lost leads me to discover a new problem as after lifting the truck with the use of axle stand, I noticed my rear right wheel is shaking/wiggling/vibrating when i tried to move it.. Anyone knows about this? Is this a Radius Rod Issue? or something more serious? I never had a noise, vibration, or never felt any weird things when i was driving the truck before i parked it? By the way, I am from Prince Albert Saskatchewan and also new here in Canada( Filipino guy who just moved here 2 years ago) so knowledge wise and resources wise I am very much limited.. I hope this forum site can give me all the help i need for my H1 passion. Is there any good mechanic nearby? Thanks so much and happy holidays

where you from dude !!
welcome to the club first of all
is your wheel loose vertically or horizontally
vertically i would accuse ball joints
horizontal check tie rods or radius
if you wheel doesnt turn smoothly i would check your geared hub oil level as well theres a plug 1 inch socket i beleive to check level or if the back of the wheel is soaked in oil you possibly have a shot bearing in geared hub very unlikely but can happen

could also be a loose wheel bearing.
2 person job, one looking and one moving the wheel.
top -in and out--BJ's
side -in and out --tie rod/radius rod end
ALL directions--main internal nut loose--repair now do not drive.Could loose wheel and cost you about $2000.This condition will loose air pressure and coat the inner wheel with gear lube.
once you narrow the problem down a bit, we can help a lot more.-pics + repair info.

Thanks for all of your input sir( Heavyde & Roy).. I am originally from the Philippines but migrated here in Prince Albert SK since July of 2009..I really appreciate your help because honestly i don't know anything bout truck before i moved here P.A.( not DIY person) because back home labor and mechanic is so cheap but now i realize i have to learn as everything here in canada is expensive especially labor and mechanic. Anyway, I check the truck this morning after reading your post. I don't have a second person to help me check while i am trying to move the wheel but just merely by moving, i should say that the wheel shake horizontally( side in and out).. any more detailed repair info will be very much appreciated..I honestly don't trust most of the dealership mechanic we have here in town as the last time i went to GM, and a private mechanic just for a semi-annual and preventive maintenance, both mechanic claims that they have more than 20 years of experience but never had the chance to work on an H1( well i guess we are lucky to own a rare truck).. Thanks i found out about this club... CHEERS

Reach around the front of the tire, put your hand on the tie rod, wiggle tire. There should be no movement. If there is, check to see if nut is loose or if the tie rod is worn out.

Personal experience will say to order the radius rod assembly, not just the tie rod.
In the pic, the tie rod end is at the end of the arrow that reads geared hub.Check out my web for H1 parts.

Thanks Roy.. Now I know where to get my parts and no need to order from the States which sometimes takes a month to arrive..(i checked on your website and its so nice and for sure will be very helpful for hummer owners.) I will place my order as soon as i found out which part needs replacement..I will see if i can find a mechanic that will help me double check and find out which really needs replacement.. I will have it fix before spring time...Thanks

Roy has everything you need generally as he supports two H1's. As well he gets U.S. winches cables etc for ARB he connects with T.C. (ARB Canada. Tents Awnings lockers compressor and such) Great prices and All Round Good Guys. Rhino( an H3 Alpha) uses 10500 lb Rugged Ridge winch,a Rugged Ridge extraction kit and Tilt/slope metre from Roy. an ARB bumper (cost us 2000 bucks at National 4x4 now under 800 bucks from TC and the snorkle from TC)
