H1 Military Tail Light Conversion

Hi All,
I am looking to change my tail lights to the military style and cannot find out if someone make a bezel to accomodate the different shaped light. I have found military lighting kit conversions, but they appear to just have the lights and not the bezels.
Anyone converted from picture 1 to picture 2, as seen below:
