Running Rough

Hello everyone,

I have an 05 H2 and it seems that at around 1100 to 1400 rpm the engine is vigrating and shakes a bit, not sure why....I had the crank sensor changed and the entire fuel system cleaned twice and still no luck. Anythoughts on why this is happening?

Thanks,

John

160,000 Kms on it and all highway. New plugs and wires along with crank sensor, no engine light on (but it does work) don't know about vacume leaks, how do you tell?

Did you clean map and IAC sensors ?

Replaced the MAP a month ago and not sure about the IAC sensors but will ask my mechanic about it.

It seems everyone who has looked at it just can't figure this out...

Frustrating....

Thanks for the suggestions!!

Cleaning the IAC is worth a shot, although I don't think this might cause a vibration. It usually stalls at low rpms if it's dirty (that's what it did on my Jeep). But it doesn't cost anything, so might as well give it a shot.

O2 sensor?

Also, perhaps the MAF sensor (after the air filter housing) is faulty. That will surely cause a rough running engine.

Just throwing in some suggestions <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/c-n.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':coffeenose:' />
