You'll have a blast!

I'll be at The Hummer Club event there in mid September - so I'm out for the October trip.

Your trail list looks good too. Are you only planning Poison Spider Mesa or the entire (and in my opinion, much, much better) Golden Spike which is Poisen Spider Mesa AND Gold Bar linked together?

We considered doing Golden Spike, but it is a very long trail, and quite extreme, and given that a lot of us will be running our daily drivers, and there in Moab for the first time, we have no intentions of making Moab a conquest, but rather experiencing it and enjoying it without pushing our luck. Trust me, I was very eager to tackle the trail, but we think this will be best for everyone in the group. Chances are, this will just entice more people to want to return the following year for another run hahaha.

As for Lockers being a requirement, in the case of BTM-equipped H1's, no you would not be required to have a Locker. This list was made with mainly non-hummers in mind (TJ's, JK's, XJ's, Samurai's, etc). Please feel free to contact me if you are unsure of anything regarding equipment requirements. We basically want this to be a group of decently maintained trucks up for the challenge and obstacles of Moab, and not just someone who wheeled their Jeep Compass off the showroom floor, with zero seat-time on the trail. While none of us are professionals by any stretch, we are all enthusiasts and weekend wheelers, and would love to share the trails with more interested and dedicated people out there!

Sadly I didnt get any other member interest, but if you are wanting to come I would need the first half of the deposit ($500 USD) before Friday afternoon wired. This will cover your accomodations IN Moab, and food in Moab, but you will be responsible for all costs in getting to Moab, and hotels etc on the way.

If this is still something you are considering, but cant make a decision in time (understandable), we are gladly accepting interested parties for our trail runs, etc, but planning and arranging accommodations and food will be left up to the individual, as our accommodations will be booked Friday night or Saturday afternoon.

There will be atleast 12 people on the trip, with 8 rigs.

2x dedicated Buggies (one on 49's with a propane fed 454 BBC, Rockwells F&R, and rear steer, the other is on 42's with a propane fed LSx motor, on D60's)

2x 4dr Jeep JK's on 35's with 3-4" of lift, and other goodies

1x Suzuki Samura (35's, twinstick, 1.6 swap, and other fun stuff)

1x Jeep TJ (Long Arm kit on 37" Pitbulls, tonnes of armor, chromos, etc)

1x Jeep XJ (4" lift on 33's)

... and my H1

This will be an epic trip, make no mistake. We will be renting a few (beautiful, spacious, and fully furnished) condo's to house everyone, so if you are considering jumping in on our accomodations, and can make the deposit in time, let me know.
