Sask Hummer Club???
I was wondering how many Hummer owners there are from Saskatchewan interested in forming a local chapter. We could arrange local events and rides.

I'm located in Saskatoon. I just purchased a 1997.5 H1 that's on its way here from Reno. I'd be interested in hearing your plans.<DIV> </DIV><DIV> </DIV>

Re: Sask Hummer Club???
sounds good. I was in saskatoon last week and and seen several h2. I thing there might be a few people interested in such a club if they were notified. some of the event ideas could include mud runs, snow runs, fund raiser rallies for charity, just good old get togethers, basicly anything. I have never been in such a club but I see M.bike clubs doing things like this. I feel there is lots of public interest in hummers. I have just had mine for 3 weeks and have had many stop to take photos with it and many more come out of there way just to look at and ask questions. Really krazy stuff. I have been watching videos of hummer events on utube. they look like fun. In sask we have four seasons and every type of terrain that offer a wide a wide variety of off-road conditions. Plus I am sure there are many other types of 4x4 that would participate in events.

Re: Sask Hummer Club???
Sorry for the late post, but I've been out of town all week. I'm not too much of a club guy, but it would be cool to have a Saskatchewan/Manitoba or a Saskatchewan/Alberta get together next summer. There are 3 or 4 other H1s in town, and about 15 H2s. Drop me a e-mail at <a href="mailto:dynamicvehiclesystems@sasktel.net" target="_blank">dynamicvehiclesystems@sasktel.net</A> so we can stay in touch.

Even that would be good. On the weekend I was just on the edge of Prince albert and found a group of 4x4ers and we did some steep sand/gravel pit climbing. we would be interested in seeing/video an h1 on the hills.

Re: Sask Hummer Club???
My brother-in-law just bought an H3 and we did some offroading an Good Friday just outside of Prince Albert. We got some video and will find some where to post it. Youtube?? Anyway not extreme as we are unfamiliar with the territory (newer residents) but it was a beautiful day. Plus, this was was the first planned offroad trip with the Hummers and we had only each other to rely on. Does anyone have wny idea how to start a local (Canadian) video sharing site (Facebook??). I am not discounting American or other videos but the terrain, seasons, and accesability is important. There are many awesome American videos but that is far away to consider exploring for offroad purposes. Any ideas is appreciated.<DIV></DIV>

My husband and I have an H3 and like to go off roading, too. We are in the Kindersley area.

Let us know if there is anyone who would like to Start the local chapter for this area. We can set you up as an administrator for your events.
