Rapid Deployment Protocol's

After the car show i was reviewing the event in my head and it occured to me that we should improve our convoy and entrance strategy a bit. Thoughts??!
Some basic convoy rules or as i call them "Rapid Deployment Protocol's" that might be effective are;
Never allow a partial convoy to pass through a turn.
The best approach is to use the lead guy to block/cover the lane as the whole convoy passes through in its entirety and then pick up the rear as the last truck passes through.
In the case of large convoys and multi lane intersections two or more blockers may be used to stop the flow from all directions effectively. This insures the convoy doesn't get broken up en route and no accidents happen in the intersection as lights change etc.
All members in the convoy should have 4 way flashers on and hand signals should be used to relay back operatioal info.
Convoy should never travel faster than 30mph and maintain 3/4 car length at all times.
When going straight through an intersection two blockers can be used to stop both side lanes allowing the convoy to pass. The lead truck takes the trafffic moving left and the second truck takes the traffic moving right. Who ever is lead is last to leave the intersection.
On right turns only one block is needed on the left side.
When entering a parking situation vehicles should always park from left to right and always back into your spot and allow the one in front of you to complete his park manouver before moving forward. Also the lead one in, is always the blocker so make sure you leave the first spot open for that person who will be the last to park. It is ussualy customary for the lead guy or the passenger to get out and direct the parking operations.
All trucks should stay running until the last truck is parked and then shut down is done by command of the leader in sync.
During the course of a long convoy through many intersections and turns any truck could find itself in the lead position and should know what to do as lead.
Try and think of it as a military manouver executed with precision where some folks provide cover as others move freely and alternate through the battlefield. In that regard it is usualy helpfull to do a recon of the area prior and have scouts at foward locations.
