looks great... I have been trying to get a hold of Doc_Olds, no luck.. if someone has his number or chats with him, let him know I wanted to chat with him...

Ordered airdoc for my H3 yesterday - that will complete my off-road package for intake: Safari snorkle, K&N filer, Airdoc, and PowerAid throttle body spacer ... next project is exhaust system - most likely Magnaflow + performance header (need to do some research here - any suggestions?)

Air Doc does not recommend you use a throttle body spacer . As for the header There has been issues with it throwing codes . Issues with putting back the O/2 sensor . I believe there is 2 companies that make the header as well as Magnaflow . The header is not cheap . Send off a message Mutaint or CB . A Lot of the American guys have messed around with header issue with mixed results . Yes all said the power difference was very noticeable . The code issue made them want to rip their hair out . Remember they are not cheap and not easy to put in . You really want a pro to put it in . Also the exhaust bolts there , if they break due to being seized ?! It Can crack your head . Has the head been done on your rig ? If it has been in the last 2 years. It should be fine . The bolts sshould come out easy . I am just informing you on stuff that i have read or heard . In theory the header should work fine . In reality there has been problems . Maybe the other guys can shed more info and the few mechanics on here. Can explain the installation issue in regards to the header .. Remember the header with cat back installed . You are looking at well over $ 2000 installed . If all goes well ? Yes you will be able to push your 35's and ucp like you were only running P265'S . If things don't ! Be prepared to start drinking heavily . Do alot of recon before you commit . GOOD LUCK BROTHER !

Johnny, if everything is done right you will have no problems!



You can use the Air-Doc with a Throttle body spacer but it reduces the remaining flexible areas, making a tight fit,you might need to 'trim' some plastic, other than that you need to program the ECM for it...which you should be doing for all mods anyways.

And it won't work with a 4WD! If you have one that will fit for a Hummer H3, as long as it has all the same connections for the O2 sensors, then you simply need to make sure the ECM is recalibrated to take advantage of it...this is the only way to have no codes.

For the head bolts, even if they crack in the head, just use a MIG and weld a washer around the head of the bolt, then weld a nut to the washer, the heat will allow you to turn the bolt right out without any problems, I know I have done many, and never once had to pull a head for a broken exhaust manifold bolt! Note: This is an easy fix on Aluminum heads...DO NOT try this on Cast Iron Heads! For the CAT Back, I use a Gibson Stainles Steel Exhaust and Headers, mine has been on my H2 since 2006 and has had a very hard life and it is still great, expect for my exhaust tip which has been crushed multiple times! I would suggest a Gibson CAT back in place of the Magnaflow, more power, better mileage and less noise...but that is simply my 2 cents!

Oh and ALWAYS keep the CATs!!!



Contrary to what everyone thinks, CATs will help mileage and engine efficiency due to the exhaust scavaging effect. And they help to reduce the noise as well!



Also, with all our emissions testing, you would never pass!
