Ok Rhino an 08 H3 Alpha has had the heater blower motor resistor pack ( speed control) and its harness replaced under warranty ( motor stopped working ) . Yesterday in digging out the blower motor ( it had inhaled a small plastic bag ) we noted the new resistor pack is again coroding We cleaned it and applied silicon grease . unit is located behind the glove box and looks like a shrink wraped battery pack used by cell phones. Take it is another bad design the motor itself is a bear to get apart far enough to get foreign objects out.
