First Post has the particulars - basically just meet up in the lot ocross the street from Tim Horton's in Cochrane (There is only one - you can google maps it..) and we'll leed you out from there to the site.
You will want to make sure you have any side steps removed, change of clothes is a good idea just in case, and bring food for lunch and then trail snacks from there. Having enough for another meal again, just in case, is always a good idea too...
as for the CB - I like mine as it has a Bluetooth but we may be switching to a different type of hand held as we like the versatility of those for when spotting... Still a good idea but I wouldn't get one just for this reason...
