Schedule of Activities:

Thursday, October 11th:

10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pre Runs. Come early for an extra day of trails.

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Registration and welcome reception will be held at the Doubletree - Oak

Ridge. Trail schedules, maps and all other relative information will be distributed during this time.

Refreshments will be provided.

Friday, October 12th:

8:30 AM – Mandatory drivers meeting in the rear parking lot of the hotel.

9:00 AM – Head out for the Trails

5:00 PM – Return from the Trails. Dinner is on your own!

Saturday, October 13th:

8:30 AM – Mandatory drivers meeting in the rear parking lot of the hotel.

9:00 AM – Head out for the Trails

6:30 PM – Banquet Dinner for all at the hotel.

Important Notes:

• Drivers meeting each morning at 8:30 AM in the rear parking lot of the hotel. All trucks should

be fueled and prepared to leave for the trails at 9:00 AM without having to stop.

• Be sure to pack a lunch and plenty of water to stay hydrated.

• A CB for communication is required. Inform your trail leader if you do not have CB

communications.

• Saturday evening dinner at the Doubletree.
