Fall Run at the PolarBear Playground!

Post by whitehumh2 »

You are all invited to the PolarBear Playground on Saturday, November 24th, 2012 for a day of Mud, Rocks and Tight trails!

I have been working hard to have alot of possibilities trail wise from the mild to the wild available for all to play on. I have made lots of bypasses so that if you chicken out...you have a way out!

There are also several play areas starting to take shape so that you guys won't have to be one big group but can play where you feel comfortable and work your way up to the harder stuff. Or you can just head to the extreme course and go straight for the axle bending, frame twisting obstacles I have created...Ok they are not quite that bad...but they sure are fun.

I hope to have the trail that loops the front half of my property down so that you can get a picturesque tour with some challenges along the way!

Hopefully we will get some early snow and then it will be really fun!

Here is the address;

1775 Grimshaw Road

Franklin Center, Quebec

J0S 1E0

Hope you can make it!!

So today I just opened a brand new section called The Rock Garden!

Yes there are tons of rock and yes there are infinite possibilities for lines to take to cross them from mild to wild. I have also made sure that there is several bypasses, before and in the middle from every side...just in case someone chickens out!

Next week, I will be expanding this area further still, with more possibilities! Also next week I will start work on the new section to be called The Roller Coaster!

The Rock Garden will lead directly to the Roller Coaster and then continue as a secondary trail along the property line all the way to the back lake! Again, I am making the trails really wide and they will have multiple points of entry and escape, just in case some one wants to avoid something!

I have made several new connecting trails so that you no longer have to drive all the way around to get from one trail to another! That means less traffic on the trails and more time having fun!!!

I have also heavily modified my main trail and the trail that I call the Twister since you have to keep turning back and forth to get thru from deep hole to rock pile to rut on the left to rut on the right...watch out for the trees, this trail is just wide enough!!!

Hope you guys can make it!!

Yep the little CAT has been working very hard!!

All the new parts I am making have mild to wild sections and space to choose different lines and lots of exits just in case you change your mind, so no you won't need special rock rims!!

Just be ready to have more obstacles to choose from than ever before!

Later,

Kev

So today I was hard at work again! And Daniel aka MacGyver on the forum came and worked with me and was the first to try the new stuff with his H1!

The Rock Garden is ready for Hummer Planting!

The Roller Coaster got a really great start and will keep getting better over the next couple of weeks!

I am trying to make sure that the trails have something for everyone and at the same time we can all run multiple obstacles without being in any ones way! There are so many different linked trails that no one should have to sit and wait their turn...unless of course you are all lining up for the really gnarly and extreme stuff! I have lots of stuff to make you pucker and momentarily stop breathing! I also have a bunch of trails that are super easy and you don't even need to take your Hummer out of High!

I really trying to make this an amazing playground for everyone to enjoy!

Hope you can all make it!

Hey Guys

Yesterday got me so pumped for the Nov 24th play date at Polar Bear's Playground. It was a great day of work clearing trails. The trails we opened yesterday really test your awareness of your vehicle size. Not to scare anyone who is worried about their beautiful paint job but if you feel like your truck is an extension of your body this will prove it. Of course for those who chicken out there are the bypasses you could take. I am very impressed of the expansion that is taking place at the Polar Bear Playground and believe everyone would extremely enjoy their time on the 24th.

PS. One thing about going to Polarbear's playground is it's stress free. Never have to worry about other groups, being stuck late in the evening or anything else. All trails are within 1.5-2km from kev's trators, garage, shelter and anything you could need.

Here are a few photos Kev took yesterday.
