My boss is back to looking for a H1, he tried before but was told it is "impossible to bring H1's in from the USA" not sure how told him that, or if there is any truth to it. Either way he is looking again, so told him I would help him find one. It has to be diesel though. If anyone sees or hears of one, let me know.

All imports 15 years or older are RIV excempt. All you need to do is get it inspected locally. <img src='

Brian,
Tell your boss to check out the listings on
Hummer Networks Marketplace.
I see good/great trucks on there all the time. Plus they are cheaper then the ones up here.

That "impossibility" is 100% incorrect. I had my 2001 6.5TD truck brought up from the states back in 2010. It can be done.

Yeah I kind of figured. He tried through a local used car dealer here in the city, I'm pretty sure the dealer didn't want to go through the effort of getting one in, so told him that.
Thanks for the info

Tell your boss to wait a week or two. Mine will be for sale and it's already in Canada! I just need to make a write-up and photos before and it will be online!

I am buying a Toyota Tundra for now as my family just got a little bigger and the H1 is no longer priority <img src='

But I am seriously waiting on news about the New H1 kit coming out on October 30th! I will probably start importing them and reselling them with different options for the buyer. ei: Lockers, exhaust, etc...
After a couple sold, I will build one for myself <img src='
