Hybrid Air Suspension For H2

Post by whitehumh2 »

So I got really feed up with my factory air suspension deflating on me. And especially after having an airline get torn offroad and my H2 being stuck on the bumpstops, I was determined to correct this once and for all.

So as you can see in the pictures, I now run a triple rate coil spring with 1.5" coil spacer and Polyurethane Air Bag.

The combination of the three has made the ride of the H2 far superior to the factory floating feeling. My H2 now corners almost flat. I never need to worry about the truck being stuck on the bumpstops. I can still inflate the bag to raise or lower the truck and fine tune the ride off road, I do this manually for the moment...but at least I can do it!!

Off road ability is amazing since I have a better transition when 2 wheeling my H2 on opposite corners and the H2 can take much crazier angles and still remain composed!

Overall it is awesome!

You have not been offroad until you've had a HUMMER in the woods.
