I use my H1 for daily driving. It has 37" super swamper irok tires. What pressure should I inflate the tires to for road and highway use?

What is the maximum inflation pressure written on the side wall of the tire along with the load carrying capacity?

Also what model H1 do you have and how much gear do you carry?

This will help to get it about right!

What does the factory play card say? Not sure if its on the door or not in the H1. It should say there. Old rule of thumb is for every size bigger you go. Add 5 psi. For extra weight such brush guards, winch, roof rack. Etc. .you can add 2 psi For each . Then do a chalk test . And of course see how it drives to your liking? This a old school way. Many guys might disagree. But it is a simplistic way.

Here is something you might find a useful ? Scroll down and it gets into a few good area's . http://www.google.ca...355534169,d.aWM Please remember most of the H1 guys here are running a lot extra add on's in weight . Some even have mobile garages. So their Psi settings/Pressure is going to be a lot lot different . If you have added any mod's mentioned above? Or other that have added some pounds . Such as heavy duty UCP . Please mention it . This all helps , and fit's into the math . Also the Iroc is a very heavy tire in all sizes . This is where i sign out . Let the Mechanics and H1 guys do their thing .

Old rule does not work, If using a rule, use stock pressures.

I run 41.5's and use 28-32 psi.

If you run 2 pc split rims, 45 is max rim pessure,

With the Irocs, I think 32-35 would work well. If Toyos, 36-40 due to load rating E

Glad to hear you are back on the road.

Guys, you cant be advising him on PSI figures without knowing whether he is running Bias or Radials. The max pressure for the Bias is 45 whereas the Radial is 65, so you can see that there is a difference, and would be in in ideal pressures too

Since the load carrying capacity of the tires is less than the factory originals, I would encourage 40psi front and 35psi rear. However the most accurate way to set the pressure would be with the chalk across the tread and then driving in a straight line and then go up or down from there.

My Interco Super Swampers SSRs are running 32 psi and handle great, drive comfortably and perform amazing in deep snow wthout even deflating them. I do alot of highway driving, if I was strictly doing short distances I would go for something like 28-30 psi just for comfort.
