[center]Now I know there has been some sort of emegency contact list started and has been dormant I put the bug in Dereks ear a few years back and this turned into a whole other can of worms.[/center]





[center]I BELIEVE IN THE K.I.S.S. [/center]

[center]I have talked with a few of the members at meets and they agree with the basis of this idea.[/center]



[center]There is an issue with privacy I get that you don't want your identity stolen!!

but realistically only members here are going to be using it we can set that up they have to be a member for so long or have a stipulation!



1. We all pretty much have a newer phone now where you can store read a pdf??



2. What I was thinking is something simple for those of us that would like to have a list of names that they can contact if they get in a predicament whether it be mud, flat tire, lost, want to know what to do in that neck of the woods.



3. Now for the list very simple we put it on a pdf file with members nickname and first name, town, cell, and maybe what they can offer for assistance. But most impotantly how far they are willing to travel to help 20km,30km,40,km etc....



4. With that being said if someone does decide to come help you out say broke down or stuck remember one thing compensate the fellow member with $$ for parts or gas money at least do the gesture it is up to that member to decide if he wants $$ for gas etc.... (DO THIS AFTER DETERMINING IF HELP IS BEING GIVEN "THE GESTURE" MAKES LIFE EASY)



EX: Member Id/Member Name---Town---Cell---Travel Distance---Assistance Available[/center]









[center]The list can be created by myself or we can have a volunteer's one for the West,Ontario,Quebec,and the East.To obtain information for the list it can be pm to Me and I will forward info to the list.[/center]

good way to get list, now it should be updated on a quarterly basis.

I think it is a good idea, and also think it is a good idea to split it up like you mentioned (East, West, Quebec, Ontario). That said, I would them presume if you have contributed to say the Ontario list you could have access to the Western list if needed, like if you were travelling out there you could get the list to be prepared? OR created on larger PDF with each list on it's on section.



But like Roy said, needs to be updated.

For sure you would have access to all and yes updated often.



Like I had mentioned we can put it to pdf and you can store on your phone.
