Looking for a little more.

Post by Racer49 »

Hey what's going on. I am in search of a programmer or somebody to flash my ecu. For my 2006 H2. What I am looking for now don't laugh is a bit better fuel economy and a little more jam when I put my foot into it. Can anybody make any suggestions or steer me in the right direction. Would prefer programmer but not really picky. And I am also looking for a used bush guard for the front of my H2 in black. Thank you and cheers.

Best one to get would be a Wester's Garage custom tune.

They can tailor the tune to your exact needs.

When I had them do mine I had them remove 75% of GM torque management when in 4High and 4 High Lock but I left it untouched when in 4 Low Lock to make sure I don't damage anything.

I also had them do a full 3D fuel map to help make the best fuel economy and performance. I also had them do a dual tune for 87 and 91 Octane so that I can take advantage of either fuel as I need too!

My H2 is awesome with their tune!!

Hope this helps,

Kev

If you can find a dealer/distributor near you it will take them about 1 to 2 hours to get the Baseline and new tune programed and tested in your H2. The difference is really night and day.

If you choose to buy and exchange ECM then plan for 1 week to get the new ECM and then it will take you about 1 hour to do the ECM swap yourself.

I would highly recommend going to a local dealer if you can, that way the tune can be immediately taylored to your needs and desires and you can do drive tests along the way to make sure it is just right!
