Show'n Shine, BBQ,Meet and Greet-- Aug 2,2014

I am planning on doing this event at the Zehrs parking lot in Stratford. Right on the main road. This event will only be a go if there is more than 15 trucks saying that they will show up before the 18th of July. Will try and have a tent for shade and all else ready to go. If there is an auction, these items will have to be acquired.
 
So far there is :
Toxicrider
Brute
Judge
Good possiblility of Markus, Liam,Paul,Chris,Andrea,
and 2 of my own.
 
 
If anyone has seen or can get in touch with Derek, I have some questions that need answering.
 
Can any moderators put a wide spread email out on this event????

Man this is not good, only seven trucks,  Not worth the time to get a parking lot and all the other stuff for such a small group.
Even worse, our leader with all the insurance paperwork has not replied to a couple emails and also phone calls.
 
 I have changed this to my place for a Meet and Greet with BBQ....even a wrenching party

Rhino is finally healthy with springs modified by shop. going for oil change next Sat as well new brakes and spacers to go on. Have a small machine shop job as well for you to look at.
