Christmas Gathering 2014

I would like to know whom may be interested in a gathering down my way,Stratford,for a Christmas gathering.
 
Preferences on weeknight or weekend-lunch or supper.
I will start asking a restaurant for available dates for late November and December.
As well as getting there xmas special meals.
Nothing in stone yet, 
 
Any administrator or moderator, whom could send out a mass email regarding this, would be appreciated

Depending on my financials, I could swing a weekend event.  Weekdays will not work as I have school.

Looks like the Christmas hummer 2014 will come into existance this weekend so to be ready for events. P.S. front head liner light now compleat and over 30,000 lumens alone. all field lights are also compleat and operational.

I would if I knew those areas, but, as it stands, only a hand full of people interested. All moderates that I emailed have not replied to a mass email to get everyone notice. Even those regulars I hang with have not read or replied to this posting, Markus,Liam,Chris,Andrea,TC,Dan+Pam,Jon Van,Loston,.Serge.......

Mid afternoon , 4:00pm meet at Demetres restaurant
 
Located just on the outside edge of Stratford.If you hit the lights you have gone too far.
 
 
 
The selections for the holiday fest are: (standard menus are always an option for the picky eaters)
 
Roast Beef au jus
 
Roast Turkey with stuffing and Cranberry Sauce
 
Chicken Cordon Bleu with a Mushroom Sauce
 
Grilled Salmon with a Lemon-Dill Sauce
 
Include in the above options...
 
Soup or Garden Salad
Coffee or Tea
Black Forest Cake or Strawberry Short Cake
 
Possible to change times and dates this early. But lets try for the above and not give us a headache
