So I am sure most of us have no clue as to how much our Mighty Hummers Weigh. Recently on a drive up to Chicoutimi for work I stopped at a closed Government Truck scale that had the Scale still on so you could weigh if you wanted to but trucks were not forced to stop.  I must say I was not far off on my estimation!
 
So my H2 weighed approx. 6400lbs when it was built. I jokingly estimated my H2 around 9000lbs.
 
Now that I have my Rockbars/Sidesteps, Front 15000lbs Capacity Winch, Rear 10000lbs Capacity Winch, Full UnderBody Skidplating, 325/85R16 Michelin Military XML Tires, On Board Air and Custom On Board Tool Boxes my H2 weighs a portly 3980kg or 8774lbs!!! So I was not far off!
 
So my question for you is...do You Know Exactly How much Your HUMMER Weighs???
 
 
I am certain that I have the Heaviest H2...let's find out who has the Heaviest H1 and H3!

I doubt anyone will be beat that!!!

Did you upgrade the brakes or suspension to compensate???

Wow! That is suprising! Doesn't your H1 have a Cummins and 40inch tires???

My H2 was 6400 right on, but I think that was before I got the bigger tires, now I'm not sure.

So this evening I installed my Winter Tires so I decided to weigh my Offroad tires and my Winter Tires.


Summer Tires = Michelin XML 325/85R16 = 138.8lbs each!!!!


Winter Tires = Studded Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx 37x12.50R17 on stock wheels with STAUN Beadlocks = 116.2lbs each



I should see a tad better mileage with those...I just miss the look of my XMLs!!!

Its probably around 12400-12500ish now with the new tires...lol

I've taken my H3T to the dump and to pick up gravel and mulch so I get to see weigh slips. Mine as it sits now weighs in at 5975lbs

The H2 was roughly 8800 and the H1 was 9338.
