Vinyl dash or tunnel cleaners?

I see lots of h1 with tan interiors and h2 with a wheat colour, well mine is basically 20years now and dash/tunnel/back ac cover is (I'm sure) darker then came from factory... With dirt/grime/grease, (Roy's case rock and mud,muddy part) :-)

What strong cleaner can I get to basically bring back that newer look? I tryed a bit of nail polish remover from wife on a bad spot, and it cleaned nice, but lol I'm afraid that would eat it or ruin if I did a full dash.
Plus that nail cleaner left a white-ish mist after
