I'm thinking of selling my 1985 project hummer. I do not have an ownership for it but I have a bill of sale from an auction and a copy of the title from S. Dakota. It is in running condition and needs a lot of tlc. I have replaced  the hood, one rear axle and rebuilt one rear hub. The windshield frame is new along with the B and C pillars. I have very good used two man and four man soft tops. I have a complete new exhaust system including exhaust manifolds.1000.00 injection pump and  many other new parts for it. The worst part of the truck is the rear fenders with dents and corrosion on them. Also requires some wiring. I am located in Whitby, Ontario. Im not good with posting pics but could if there is any serious interest in the truck.

I'm thinking about 15,000 for it. If any one in the club is interested let me know.

Can you send me some pics? If just a bill of sale any chance of registering it?

I am very interested, heading back to work until dec 29th.

If you shoot me some pics to derekforest@hotmail.com it would be good to see what you have. (I may have to hide it from the wife but i have a good spot) LOL

Outta curiosity , even if one didn't have an ownership, can't they get it registered as a "rbt"

Rebuilt,?

I had a 87 chev, (Zambi body) the vin started with rbt and I got a safety and bam was on the road.. Like 20 years ago though

To get the title, you have to first apply and get rejected to the DMV in S Dakota, then , re apply with a different form and get the title from the DMV. Cost is cheap but the headaches area pain. Doing this myself on a Texas truck.
