The Only One I know of is a SlantBack Version made by SnugTop but they are like $3500 USD!!! That is crazy!
That and unless someone has one in stock and wants to sell it for cheap SnugTop no longer makes them!

Snugtop has stopped making them since about 2011 when I picked up my T. Best bet is to hunt Kijiji for H3Ts being sold with Snugtops and see if the owner's will sell it separate from the truck or old dealerships that may have one still in stock. (a bird told me that the Hummer dealer in Edmonton might have one collecting dust or Shaw in Calgary has one damaged hiding in their back lot somewhere)
There was about 4 of them for sale on Craigslist in the southern states the last month or two if you have the $$ to throw around or the patience to organize shipping for one.
I was hoping to come across a Diamondback but even those are impossible to find.
